Hampton Power Systems' core focus is on applications, integration and services relating to drives, motors and associated controls.
With over 30 employees, Hampton Power has a significant depth of application knowledge and actual field experience. Hampton Power's strong working relationship with ABB allows us to leverage their substantial product capabilities and industry knowledge. Hampton Power has the resources to provide your application solutions.
After a solution has been engineered, we can help to implement it. Custom drive packages are designed, drafted and built in our CSA & UL Approved Production Facility in Calgary. A detailed process is followed once an order is received. This involves an initial kickoff meeting and follows through to drawings, approvals, manufacture, quality assurance and shipping. It is important that we provide exactly what you want in the time you need it.
Ongoing after sales support is essential for our customers. Hampton Power understands this which is why we have factory trained service professionals strategically located in nine cities throughout BC and Alberta . We offer a range of services from traditional startup assistance and product repairs through to plant shutdown assistance and project management.
Available services specifically relating to drives include: startup supervision, product service training, harmonic analysis, ASD cable resonant frequency analysis, corrective filter systems, preventative maintenance programs, energy saving and power management analysis, application feasibility studies, retrofits (from hydraulics, DC, Eddy Current couplings and WRIM) and crane and hoist modernization.
Hampton Power can support your needs from the simple supply of a component through to turnkey installations. Most importantly, Hampton Power can provide and implement solutions to improve reliability, efficiency, and profitability.
